research has determined to be good health practices,
and are rated on a wellness scale. Based on
your responses, you receive an individual rating in
each category indicating whether you are doing well,
or if you are in need of improvement.
Your Wellness Profile is a six-page health risk
assessment report, outlining your strengths and
weaknesses. It will include recommendations
for improving your health, based on the latest
medical and health research, as well as guidelines
from leading health organizations. The
recommendations are tailored to your personal needs.

we exercise, if we should light up that cigarette -
have a profound effect on both our lifespan and our
quality of life. Your Wellness Profile can
help you identify your unique health risks, identify
where you're doing well, and offer suggestions for
how to improve your lifestyle. By following
