Your Wellness Profile – Health Risk Appraisal
Did you ever wish you could take a snapshot of your
current health situation, so that you know exactly where you
stand as far as your overall health risks? Healthy U’s
health risk appraisal (also known as a “health risk
assessment” or “HRA”) is a scientific tool used to determine
your risk of future health problems – in other words, your
Wellness Profile.
Health Screening
Preventing the many health issues that can lead to
disability — or even death — is easier than you think.
It first starts by learning your unique health risks,
through health screening. At Healthy U, we offer a
variety of health screenings that identify your risk of
developing serious health problems, such as heart disease,
cancer, obesity-related illnesses, osteoporosis, hormone
abnormalities, and others.
HealthCheck Wellness Exams
Without a good preventive health exam, there is no way to
really know your true health status. Serious health
risks can be present even when feel perfectly fine - which
is why many health risks go unnoticed, until an illness
strikes. But by then, it’s too late. HealthCheck™
helps you take back control of your health. It’s a
comprehensive wellness examination that gives you critical
information about your current health and identifies your
personal health risks – your risk of developing a disease in
the future.
Health Coaching
Healthy U’s health coaching program pairs you with a
trained HealthCoach who will guide you in setting individual
wellness goals, track your progress, answer questions, and
motivate you to succeed. It’s the buddy system, but
elevated to a higher level – because you now have a buddy
who happens to also be a wellness expert, and an advocate
for your health.
Health Fairs and Wellness Forums
At Healthy U, we’re committed to helping members of our
community – locally and globally – learn the unique health
risks to their health, so that they can do something about
them before a chronic illness or disability develops.
The free monthly health screenings and wellness forums at
our clinic target some of the most common health risks
facing us today. For employers, churches,
universities, or other organizations, a Healthy U health
fair can be a great way to introduce your constituents to
health and wellness via a variety of health screenings and
educational workshops.
