HealthCheck Exams
Although medical science has evolved and developed
so many incredible treatments and interventions to
help us when we’re ill, everyone still agrees that
preventing the development of an illness is
preferable.
And although many of us have learned quite a lot
about wellness through the Internet and media,
nothing can really replace the knowledge and
expertise of a medical doctor.
But do you really know your current health status?
When was the last time you were thoroughly evaluated
by a doctor and received a truly comprehensive
physical exam? How many times have you waited
in the lobby for an hour, then waited in the exam
room for another hour, only to have your doctor rush
in, do a quick physical, and then rush out the door?
It’s not your doctor’s fault. But in our world
of insurance-based healthcare, low reimbursement for
preventive health services leads to a limited exam.
Yet without a good preventive health exam, there is
no way to really know your true health status.
Serious health risks can be present even when feel
perfectly fine - which is why many health risks go

HealthCheck™ helps you take back control of your
health. It’s a comprehensive wellness
examination that gives you critical information
about your current health and identifies your
personal health risks – your risk of developing a
disease in the future.
You can choose from
three levels of HealthCheck, based on your own
personal needs and health concerns. Rest
assured that every level includes what’s missing in
most preventive health encounters — a thorough,
hands-on preventive health examination by a
board-certified preventive medicine specialist.
Every level also includes an assessment of your
personal health risks in a variety of areas, based
on your family history and your current health
habits.
For employers, we also offer a
HealthCheck Level IV executive health examination
– a completely customizable executive physical that
you can offer to your company executives. We
can even provide you with exam options to

When your exam is completed and the results have
been compiled, you’ll receive a full report of your
examination and copies of any test results, so that
you can keep track of your health from year to year.
Some or all components of your HealthCheck exam may
be covered by insurance; please call our office for
details. Also, please be aware that coverage
for preventive health screenings varies by carrier;
check with your insurance company to find out what
coverage you have.
